Should Lawfront not have done better due diligence there, Rich? Isn't it the onus on Lawfront to work out what it's buying?

Well, look, that's really true.

And I think there's two critical points, I guess, that come out of this.

First, it's going to be a bit of a hard sell for Lawfront, you would imagine, when it's trying to buy new firms, saying, well, are you going to sue us in two years' time? So that's point one.

It's not a great look.

But yes, on the other point, it absolutely adds ammunition to all the naysayers about private equity out there in the market who are... who are not few, shall we say.

And they all like to say, well, you know what? Private equity doesn't really understand law.

You know, surely this therefore must very much limit the prospects available for private equity investors.
