Can you please explain where you are and who you run against and why it matters, not just locally, but on a national level?

Okay, so my name is Major Retired Richard Ojeda.

I'm the Democratic nominee for Congress in North Carolina's 9th Congressional District.

He's a major, and I believe that is the seventh.

So we are going to have Major Richard Ojeda, who is running in North Carolina's 7th District for Congress.
