I would have... fucking shit my pants when I was a kid and if I saw Vincent Price in there I'd probably even be like oh yeah it's the greatest movie ever made because Vincent Price is in this fucking movie for everything so originally they asked Susan Sarandon to perform fully nude during the touch touch touch me scene but she basically refused even though she appeared nude in previous films before and there's a lot of there's a lot of crap basically you had a lot of people reprising the roles once again you know Tim Curry did it on stage and as well as Richard O'Brien, Patricia Quinn, and Nell Campbell, they all reprise their roles from the stage production of this to be there in the film, which was really cool with everything that was there.

And it really shows within those characters, you know, so...

And then at the time, Barry Boswick and Susan Sarandon, they were actually dating.

And if you don't know who the other three I mentioned were, that was Riff Raff, right? That's Richard O'Brien, Patricia Quinn, who plays Magenta and Columbia played by Nell Campbell.

And then the mouth at the beginning of the movie, that is actually Patricia Quinn's.

They didn't let her sing it, but they let her mime it is what she basically did.

And at the time, it's a bunch of nobodies.

... classic hammer horror films that are, that are blind spots, they are blind spots for me.

Clearly Richard O'Brien is having a tremendous amount of fun paying tribute to and parodying those films.

They'd all make a great marathon topic for me, multiple marathons-

But, but formally, we, we haven't even mentioned Richard O'Brien, who stars in the movie as, as Riff Raff and who, who wrote the original musical and, and wrote the, wrote the songs, and Jim Sharman, who directed it.

You watch this movie, it's clear they're quite intentional about all of their choices.
