feel less it didn't feel at all like anyone was being pushed to do anything they didn't want to the ethos was such that actually people wanted to help each other people wanted everyone to succeed and actually that um that collective energy pushed the whole forward so we did become more than the sum of the parts I suppose I've been lucky enough to experience that in other parts of my life outside of work.
