Richard L Federico

I joined the, uh, board of P.F. Chang's, uh, after, immediately after I left Brinker in '99.

Uh, Rick Federico, who was running, uh, Macaroni Grill from us, got stolen away to the four-unit P.F. Chang's concept that was being bankrolled by three of the largest private equity firms in the restaurant business, and I remember trying to talk Rick out of it, which I was unable to.

Mm.

Uh, but then I joined their board.
