Was this something you knew early on that you wanted to do? Was it a box you needed to check?

Well, I would say I've always had a desire to kind of have and to progress to higher levels of a general management type role.

Like I thought I felt because I've been in that role at a couple different times in my career felt like it just it felt most natural to me.

Having knowledge across all of the different business functions, but really feeling this desire to lead and to grow and to push.

And so actually at the time I was interviewing for a number of other CEO roles based in San Francisco.

And.

Like many things, this job came to me from someone who had worked for me many years ago and had recommended me to the current leadership team there.
