Richard David Carson

So what I learned is the more exceptional people are, the more resistance they tend to face in terms of doing their life's work because those of us who have a lot of gifts and talents in the world Um, sometimes we can get all up in our head with the thing.

And there's this beautiful book that I read a long time ago before I started all this called taming your gremlin by Rick Carson.

And it's an oldie, but a goodie, but I'd like to just share with you that framework because that's the very first thing I teach inside the challenge.

So you're getting a little bit of what's inside the challenge right here.

It's a nice way of calling out your ego.

Sonia Choket calls it your barking dog.

Rick Carson calls it your gremlin.

Whatever you want to call it, it's that little voice in your head that gets in the way of you doing your work.
