He was like, yeah, it's like Zillow and Pillow and had something to do with Dr. Seuss and who knows.

But today we use it quite easily.

Remember I called Rich Barton, the founder of Zillow?

He's a friend of mine.

We're excited about it.

I used to say in my time at Zillow, if Rich Barton would have said, I need you to jump off the roof today, I would have said, of course I will.

And I'll feel great when I get to the bottom and then we'll keep working.

Like there was that sort of excitement and drive because, you know, and when you have the data on the side that says, well, look what's happening here.

Expedia.

Expedia is the guy out of Southlake, right? Rich Barton and,

Yeah, I think it was a local guy here.

Everything's consolidating.

And then you'll see some new idea, some new disruption.

Maybe Rich Barton will do it again.

We'll be like, you know what? This time, it's refrigerators or whatever else.
