what makes it stick? Why does it exist?

Hmm.

Um, you know, if you take it from a, um, almost a tra- a, a transactional perspective, I mean, you know, very obviously I would say, uh, alignment of interests, so people who have a common, uh, goal, shared interest, and, and, um, and can be with each other in order to achieve that.

I think community goes well beyond that.

I, I would say support is a big word for me.

You know, being, uh, you know, someone, uh, has your back and, and supports you in whatever endeavor you're, you're building now.

Um, but I think community has become a very important thing since we've, you know, the world has been so fragmented, and there's so many challenges personally, professionally, that you end up sort of steering yourself into these pockets, you know? So can be a community that keeps you healthy or physically fit and that, you know, supports each other on a very basic level, just making you accountable for whatever you're doing every week.

What are you seeing what we are maybe not everyone, uh, seeing at the moment?

in Portugal and o- outside, if I'm correct, or at least on LinkedIn, like lots of, lots of, uh, how do you say, no- noise happening in a good way, in a positive way.

So Endeavor is a global organization, uh, done by and for entrepreneurs.

It's what we call a global network of trust.

Uh, it's been around for almost 30 years.

It started in Latin America in the late '90s.

Argentina, Chile, Brazil are some of the first countries that Endeavor established a presence in.

And, and now 24, 25 plus years after, it's an established brand.

But let's say if we meet, like, right now in a couple of years with you, we'll be like, "So how, how was it?" And you would say, "That was a successful two years."
