Ricardo López Tugendhat

There's also a messy backstory.

In 2020, a former security manager, Ricardo López Tugendhat, publicly held De Miguel responsible if anything happened to him or his family.

Police had raided De Miguel's home the month before, finding firearms and thousands of rounds of ammunition.

That weapons case was later dropped because he was renewing expired permits, and Magwell says allegations like these often rise from employment disputes and were dismissed.
