Yeah, I'd go Rhys Henry, just because I think if you're looking at a bench of them, potentially Cam Jones, Lou Lloyd, you've got then that experience of Beaufort to come on.

And also I'd probably prefer Beaufort to get 20 minutes to half an hour than 50 minutes, just because I think that might be more of his role this year.

But either way, yeah, I do love Tommy Beaufort still.

Again, you're going to have to probably use three loose heads, three tight heads on this kind of trip because it's going to take a lot out of our scrimmages.

I'd go Lewis Lloyd on the bench.

I'd go probably, probably Rhys Henry over Ben Warren, start the first, sorry, first game on the bench.

And then, you know, The lock then, sub, if Ben Roberts is going with who's setting, backing up.

Tommy Butler's getting on he's still the best scrummager in the league as far as I'm concerned Rhys Henry is learning underneath him and I think Rhys Henry's going to have a he's going to probably start a lot of big games and I think he might squeeze his way into the Autumn Internationals bearing in mind that our scrummaging coach is a massive fan of his obviously other than that you've got Lewis Edwards who I would like to see play pro rugby very soon because I think he's got a lot of the tools but if he's not playing he's got to be playing for Swansea And he's got to tear it up for Swansea.

And I'm not a fan of this kind of like protecting them and, you know, coming through with these long-term plans.

They've got to play.

You've got four really, really good back row players there.

So they've got a big game against Aberhaven on the weekend.

Aberhaven, of course, have added to their squad, their coaching set-up with Rhys Henry, which is going to be brilliant.

I think they've been headed up again by Swankey, Chris Davis.
