And I just decided to walk home.

And I went to school in Abder, but I lived in the Rhondda, so it was like a 10 mile walk over the mountain, and it was fucking boring, and I didn't have any clothes, I was just in my shirt and blazer and socks and shoes, and it was bastard freezing, and I think there is where I learned how to suffer.

And then I'd bunk off a bit more and I'd think about how the fuck do I make a day eight hours past before I got to pretend to go home, go quicker.

So I learned to meditate myself away with the time and that's where it started, I guess.

So 2017, I was training for the South Wales 100, which used to be the really hard difficult.

The run across, real hard, 100 miles.

Starts in Cardiff, goes up the Garth, No, it goes up Philly Castle first, then drops over to the Garth, then goes up to the Billy Wint, across sort of the Cariad Rock kind of way, and then goes up to the Bulch, down through Astrid, Rhondda, over to Hirwain, up the waterfalls.

So it's fucking terrible.
