When you're doing your writing, do you have any preferred papers or you just kind of stick to order sheets and stuff like that?

No, I do have a Rhodia book that I'll practice my calligraphy in.

And I honestly just kind of write nonsense.

I'll actually usually just like watch TV or listen to a podcast and I'll just sort of write phrases that they say.

Just sort of mindless practicing the calligraphy.

But yeah, those Rhodia books are my favorite books.

I haven't found any reason to try any other one.

I think it's great.

These are the eldest daughters that sprang from Ocean and Tethys, but there are many besides.

For there are three thousand neat-ankled daughters of Ocean who are dispersed far and wide, and in every place alike serve the earth and the deep waters, children who are glorious among goddesses, and as many other rivers are there, babbling as they flow, sons of Ocean whom queenly Tethys bear.

I bought one other notebook too.

I bought a, a Rhodia, like a saddle-stitched notebook.

So I felt like I was, I'd picked up enough things, and I knew that there was one thing that, and the three pens that, you know, nobody needs three of these pens.

They only need one of those pens.

It's definitely hard to keep it from being distracting, but it's also easy to make it incredibly useful.

That said, for many years, I just used a small Rhodia notebook and then carried also an MP3 player for podcasts that I would download the podcast onto it, and then I could just listen to those.

I was arguably more productive then because, you know, notebooks are inherently less distracting and I'm somewhat tempted to go back to that system.

However, it helps to be able to communicate with my wife without a third tool, like a radio, using my cell phone.
