Bad Spark starts with Cheetor finding a stasis pod in the scary woods with a big X painted on the cover.

And when he reports it in, Primal and Rhinox have like a moment where they go, oh, fuck.

I kind of hoped that that fell in a big hole somewhere.

Rhinox in particular is like, godspeed to everyone if this thing is alive.

Yeah.

And of course, at the same time, the Predacons intercept that transmission and they send Blackarachnia and Waspinator out to retrieve it.

As it turns out, they had a secondary mission to that, which was actually probably more like their primary mission.

But it's a war crime, so they didn't talk about it.

Like maybe the Predacons get the short shrift in this, you know, aside from Megatron, like in this two parter.

But I think, you know, Rhinox, Rattrap and Cheetor and Dinobot, like all get, you know, very clear characters like sketched out like Optimus Primal and Megatron as well.

But but yeah, I mean, this is I think this is a pretty good like, you know, season series premiere.

And like, I mean, it's simplistic.

So it's, like, to me it's better you just, like, look, this is, this is the new thing, and th- they all introduce themselves.

They give their names.

Like, they're, they're, they're Maximals, they're Rhinox, they're Cheetor, they're Rattrap, and, and Optimus Primal, and then Dinobot joins them.

And just, just go for the...

Wow.

Seven? Is there seven figures? Optimus Primal, Dinobot, Tigatron, Rattrap, Airazor, Cheetor, and Rhinox.

I had Rhinox there.

I remember that one.

We saw more in that episode around the status pods, I think, because Tigatron just kind of popped out of his and didn't do an awful lot other than Waspinator trying to break it open with eye lasers.

And we saw Rhinox really working on it as a computer.

So I think you're right.

The context of it, it's a very good episode for 22 minutes.

Dark Designs to kind of like Richard said when he joined us it's kind of a let your hair down episode which of course and we'll time this Takara have just shown under their MPG line that they're going to do a Dark Designs Rhinox which is listed everywhere and people have been saying it as a Decepticon and that actually really annoys me

Yeah, look, that's probably a Japanese thing, I think.

Yeah, coming out from Takara.

Well, I didn't hear that until the episode we just went through, wasn't it? Before the Storm and in Other Voices where Tarantula says the Axolotl will never fly again.
