And so when I first met yourself, I was starting in pharmaceuticals, getting to understand the regulatory challenges around doing CI in a pharmaceutical environment and really had a passion for just making change.

And before that, actually, I started in Rheem when I first came to Australia as well.

So I was with Rheem for about 18 months as well, doing a similar role there.

so really i've just had the ability to apply those sort of ci change skills to most industries but i think for me the passion is around actually making a difference and making improvement that's what's always driven me regardless of what the industry's been so i started in continuous improvement and did a huge transformation particularly around the organization in astroseneca at the time moving away from traditional manufacturing structures of like operations, engineering, quality, et cetera, and then building basically many business units within AstraZeneca that focused around the main business units.

And each of those had a, what you would call like an operations manager with each of those specific functional resources reporting into them.

And I had forgotten about your automotive history.

Paul, different cultures, of course, from country to country, from the UK to Australia, but also automotive.

And then you've gone into sort of industrial manufacturing with the hot water tanks, with Rheem, and then different areas of the business in AstraZeneca, as you mentioned, engineering, supply chain, product development, etc.
