Reverso

I mean, not low as in pennies, but low compared to what I paid for it.

The same thing with the Jaeger Reverso watch.

That one I thought would go up in value because I thought there was a market for it.

But again, I'm not really buying to play it For the market value, like I mentioned before, those magic posters, I bought it because I liked it.

I mean, for me, like, I'd say the, the JLC Reverso in the gold bracelet.

So yes, it's a Milanese bracelet.

It doesn't, but it doesn't feel like they're, like, out, out of place and like they've done it deliberately, whereas, you know, take the, the Rolex 100 Years Oyster with the gold bezel, and you hear them, you know, you sit in the press meetings and hear them say that it's a new configuration of steel and gold, and Rolosa and y- and, and this is just, it's just a gold bezel.

So you end up going back to Royal Oak.

Something that you probably would be ashamed into ad- admitting that you kind of wish you could get hands-on with, but it's a bit awkward, is Adolf Hitler's gold Reverso.

Now-

[laughs] I didn't expect you to say that.

Mm-hmm.

It was a Panerai, a, um, a Reverso, a JLC, the integrated bracelet one, and a few other things, right? Um, um, and he, there was a chronograph he was looking at, I think a Speedmaster, uh, FOIS.

Then he finally said, you know, he realized what he wants is a Reverso.

So he's into the Reverso.

Okay.

I didn't realize that Reversos did go up in price.

So if you want a base 40 millimeter Reverso, which is most likely too small for most people, um, unless you're, you know, kind of forward-thinking like us and we're willing to wear very small watches.

Um, the 40 millimeter lug-to-lug Reversos are small.

If we want to get into JLC, it's like, cool.

Other than the Reverso, And recognizing that JLC was the watchmakers watchmaker because they were the ones that were making movements and complications for everybody.

And now they're not.

So, you know, you've got you've got some brands that are leaning heavy on heritage, but they're using some of that as an excuse for sloppy design or lack of design.
