Revenue Commissioners

We prepare and file quarterly statistical reporting with the Central Bank of Ireland under the FEC regulation.

We would then make various filings with the Revenue Commissioners in relation to tax and equally with the Central Bank of Ireland.

And then a number of other obligations, including FACA and CRS compliance, market abuse obligations, Schedule II AML obligations, and if applicable, credit reporting obligations.

So we will assist the SPV throughout its lifetime with these obligations as and when they arise.

Uh, just before he died, he passed on, or before he sadly got Alzheimer's, uh, passed on this little book of his own thoughts.

And in it there's one poem called Upon Becoming the Chairman of the Revenue Commissioners.

It's a poem.

It's a poem.

Its title is Become- Upon Becoming Chairman of the Revenue Commissioners.

And it starts, "If you are old like me, you'd think that you'd be free from passion, ambition, or jealousy.

But when you hear that bugle blow, you saddle up and ride on down to Calvary." And he wrote that when he was 62 years old, I think, about becoming chairman of the Revenue or 60 years old.
