Return to House on Haunted Hill

Yeah.

Uh, th- th- this director, Victor Garcia, we should mention, is coming off of, ooh, Return to House on Haunted Hill-

Oh

... and Mirrors 2.

It does, does all the sort of horror films that get a lot of hate but actually they deserve better.

So I might, I might say to him, like, "Please do an episode on Return to House on Haunted Hill."

Yes.

Yeah.

No, it's cultish without spoiling too much.

And then I also watched Return to House on Haunted Hill, which was a direct-to-video sequel released the same year as The Reaping.

And House of Wax is kind of that jumping off point of things going downhill a little bit, and they didn't get that juice back again, in my opinion, until 2009 with Orphan.

So if you're talking about the original run of the Dark Castle film, so House on a Hill, 13 Ghosts, Ghost Ship, Gothica, House of Wax, I don't think out of those five movies there's one that you're going to have a bad time with.
