It was like Restaurant Rescue, I think.

I was watching a television show recently.

which meant a lot of the times I would be in places where there wasn't, you know, my favorite food to eat.

I did often find for lunches what I would do is find the best pho place I could find and then get chicken rice, which would – and there was also this small chain of – I can't remember what it's called, but they were in a couple of different places and it was always like really perfectly grilled chicken skin on.

That's going to be very interesting, you see, because when we talk to this guy who's called Robert Irvine, Yes.

This

kind of reminds me, you know, that show Restaurant Impossible?

Yeah.

Yeah.

But Gordon Ramsay comes in, looks at a restaurant that is in some way struggling, and diagnoses its problems, helps get the place back on track.

To me, this sounds just like Restaurant Impossible, which I used to watch years ago.

I think it was on the Food Network.

And Robert Irvine was a guy who was a restaurateur, also had a mind and an ear for business.

And so he would go.

In fact, they did Dells.

Restaurant Impossible went in and revamped Dells, which is on Liberty Avenue in Bloomfield, maybe 15 years ago.

Anyway, he made a career 22 seasons out of doing this on the Food Network.

Before we get into the ambiance, you know I don't like when restaurants have four pages of menus.

That would get destroyed on Restaurant Impossible with Robert Irvine.

So I appreciate it's like, what, maybe 20 items total? Maybe less, honestly.

I don't even know.
