Resident Evil: Death Island

I'm Thomas, back again with Frank for the penultimate episode of this season of the show, Resident Evil: Death Island.

The film was first revealed on February 7th, 2023, with IGN revealing an exclusive teaser trailer for the sequel film to Resident Evil: Vendetta.

While no official release date was given at the time, the trailer revealed that the film would involve Leon, Chris, and Jill going on a mission that would eventually lead them to Alcatraz Island in San Francisco.

The film was released shortly later in the summer of 2023, premiering first in Singapore on June 22nd.

In May of 2023, Capcom also announced that a, there would be a manga adaptation of Death Island.

Okay.

three years after the Infinite Darkness show comes out.

I think Death Island might have already come out by that point, right? Yeah.

They couldn't even release it with the show.

It's really funny.

We know at least two people watched.

Right.

But regardless of how it performed internally, Capcom would go ahead with another computer animated Resident Evil film, Death Island, which we'll be covering in a few weeks.

But Infinite Darkness wasn't the only Resident Evil movie show, whatever, to release in 2021.
