Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth described the plan in a September 30th memo and public remarks calling it an insurance policy for the homeland.

Reporting and a fast check confirms the initiative is real and broadly described in accurate terms in public summaries.

The plan aims to reduce dependence on civilian infrastructure that can fail during cyber attacks, sabotage, storms, or war.

Under this approach, bases would build or secure on-site power, fuel, water, and the means to move supplies if the usual routes stop.

Police earlier said the cause of death was suffocation.

The charging document, which places the incident between 2.10 and 4.15 a.m., giving investigators a tight window to match with hotel records.

Reporting says security video showed the Marine and the woman entering the hotel together.

The video reportedly later shows him leaving alone while carrying her belongings.

And one's an outside estimate, one's a company reported, and neither really tells you what counts as a sale or an hour.

So the handbook infers no ratio from them, I think, at this point.

Yeah.

And I would still tell you, I think there's sandbagging.

Prices hit a record $1,000 a tonne in July.

Swedish public broadcaster SVT also directly asked TV4 whether some kind of AI agent was involved, and the spokesperson answered no.

Omar claims that she became a US citizen in 2000 at age 17 through her father's naturalization.

Reports note her official Minnesota legislative bio, uh, that previously listed her birth date as October 4, 1981.

That means she was not a minor, and was in fact two years beyond what would be allowed for her to receive legal naturalization through her father.

If she was not a minor at the time, then her claim to have obtained citizenship through her father doesn't hold up.
