So I really enjoyed that part of it.

And actually prob- a part of my career I always remember and really, really enjoyed was when I was in Lettings in my, like, first year in agency, and, um, I really enjoyed finding new families homes.

'Cause at that time when I was in agency in Lettings in Sudbury and Wembley, it was when, um, there was a lot of, uh, immigration from Eastern Europe to, to London.

And housing, uh, a lot of, you know, really lovely families with kids that were, like, building their life here, there was a quite a nice feeling about that as well.

Of course, the commission is a huge driver for you, but I'd say that feeling of helping someone at a really pivotal point in their life, I, I still get a nice feeling, a nice buzz out of that.

Oh, we'll ta- you know, we'll find work and stuff, and it actually was really rough house hunting.

So, like, rental-wise, the rents had skyrocketed since we left.

I don't know what happened, but it was like-

And I believe that this was a couple of articles at rents.com. And then we shamed CNN into actually airing something on it.

They did a segment about the E4B over Washington.

Right, and so this was denied too, right? So they denied that this plane was even in the air, even though there's video of it clearly flying around above the eastern seaboard, right?

But because you guys are both, you know, took letting businesses up to better levels than they had been previously, do you think that perhaps there are a lot of letting agencies out there that are missing out on some very straightforward, simple things that they could do to improve their business because, the directors decided to stay out of it.

Even if they've got a good portfolio, like they might go, let's go, Lettings is great, brings in great money.

Don't know anything about it because like, you know, Josh sorts it all out or Sue sorts it all out, but, But actually, if they were to bring in, you know, or look under the hood a bit more, but speak to someone like yourself, do you think that there's a lot of companies where by incident you go like, you're missing out on a lot of money here? Definitely.

For me, I always think like from a sales perspective, it's often looked at for a sales lens.

And I was blown away.

And so I think that a combination of Victorian elections in November, more and more governments showing incompetency around what they should have and shouldn't have consulted on and changed and not changed.
