Meanwhile, the PMI for the non-manufacturing sector came in at 49 last month, unchanged from the level in July.

So after July's manufacturing PMI fell to 49.2, back below the 50-point threshold to an expansion and contraction, what does the August reading tell us about the direction of China's factory activity? Are we seeing a temporary soft patch or signs of more persistent challenges in demand and production?

Actually, all the economists and entrepreneurs hope that these figures are temporarily showing in the statist data.

Because the other areas that are the major areas for high employment and for upgrading and improvement of the income of the people.

So I mean that the next, we should really do something to find a good balance point.

That was senior fellow Liu Zhicheng with Renmin University of China talking about the latest PMI figures.

Chinese authorities have introduced 20 specific measures to steadily expand commodity consumption during the 15th five-year plan period.

Data from iResearch shows Chinese companies now hold two-thirds of global patents in this field, with 75% of core manufacturing components made entirely in China.

For more, Li Liliu spoke with Liu Zhicheng, Senior Fellow of Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Renmin University of China.

Mr. Liu, so the scenario-based contests at this robot competition test real-world robotic applications.

So what key tech breakthroughs have been made in these scenarios?

This special purpose can be used for medical care, even for the high level of this surgery or operation for most of the important critical patients.

This is very important, as we always say, that for special purpose, for instance, for some industry, for very different, difficult environment conditions, that this special purpose, the hemorrhoid, a robot can really help the human team and the third is that the robot can be used for all purposes we call it an all-round all-purpose robot all these three different kinds and types can be really well managed and coordinated together because everyone is already demanded by the market by the people different groups and for different needs so that's why we have to coordinate and make good well-balanced management of this latest technology.
