Again, I think that's correct, but I want to make a, an important point, which I think is getting missed here, which is Congress has absolutely spoken to regulation of greenhouse gas emissions elsewhere in the Clean Air Act.

On a related note, biomass-based diesel and ethanol groups say the spike in diesel and gasoline prices highlight the need for higher output of renewable fuels like biodiesel and sustainable aviation fuel.

The United States should maximize biodiesel, renewable diesel, and SAF production to maintain the diesel fuel supply and address prices.
