And it's, it's quite, it's quite weird to- speaking into a camera compared to speaking in person, because I feel like in person, because they ask other questions as well, you almost have to think quite quickly.

Whereas on here, I have notes written down, I've written down experiences, I have, um, stuff I've spoken about with Renee and stuff like that.

So it's, I wouldn't say it's easier.

I don't know which way is easier, but I do think when I go into a room full of people, it's quite nice because I can see how they are, um, feeling and everything like that, how they're experiencing the mood, just from their facial expressions.

I needed the support of my parents.

I needed them there, just almost, not at me every day, but just really, really helping me grow as a person and really helping me f- preve- not helping, but prevent me from falling back into what I was doing previously.

During this five-week period, I spoke with Renee McGregor, John Rogers, and my coaches most days to ensure what I was doing was correct.

So, for example, Renee sent me a whole meal plan I had to follow on a daily basis.
