Remezcla

I don't deserve forgiveness or joy.

Ryan spoke to Lizzie from Remezcla about why it's important to explore Catholic guilt from a Latino lens.

Lizzie remarked, when it comes to the subject of Catholic guilt, something Guzman, like a lot of Latinos, had to grapple with, that is also something he expects to see Eddie tackle head on in season eight.

Ryan said, I have my own relationship with Catholic guilt.

Yeah, it's I first in college, I wanted to work in the music industry.

But my senior year of college, I was introduced to these new media companies, Latino USA and Remezcla.

And both of those media companies were catering to Latino millennials like myself that we're kind of like the first generation El Sabo kids.

We weren't, you know, I'm not super fluent in Spanish.

And these media publications had content about Latinos in English and English.

it kind of blew my mind.

And out of college, I applied for Remezcla, and that was my first job.

And I thought I was going to help produce events.
