Remember Me

she did so coming up momentarily megan is going to share her story just her voice while we listen but first courtesy of our friends at a day to listen a song and it happens to be one that is meaningful to our guest today megan Share a little bit about the song and why it is so meaningful to you.

Okay, so the song I chose was Fawn Woods' Remember Me.

And it's because my story isn't just about what happened to me or what happened to my family, but it's about remembering where we came from, remembering the people that came before us, and understanding how those experiences can continue through generations.

You know, there's a line in the song that says, when the sun comes up in the morning sky, there I will be.

It means remembering, but carrying those stories differently.

Because...

With more understanding, culture, connection, and healing, Remember Me feels like a reminder that our people, our families, and our stories are still here and that we get to decide what we carry forward.

Hai hai.

Native Talk Arizona returns after this song.

You are listening to Remember Me by Fawn Wood.
