Well, apparently that's not accurate at all.

There is such thing as biological clock and things like that and I'm not talking about your ability to have babies but actually the biological age that you are based on things like your blood markers and different things and recently I chatted to Professor Roseanne Kenny she is the Regis Professor at Trinity College Dublin and she's involved with the TILDA study so this is a study on longitudinal ageing looking at ageing over the course of 20 years and I know that Professor Roseanne that one of the things that you created as part of this study was your own biological clock looking at biological age?

Yeah, well, we've actually started to develop our own tildeclock based on all of that data.

But even apart from blood tests, what we know is things like if you're a fast walker, you're much more likely to be biologically younger, for example.

Pusey House is named for E.B. Pusey, one of the leaders of the Oxford movement.

He was also Regis Professor of Hebrew and Canon of Christ Church from 1828 until he died in 1882.
