Uh, read this one for those who aren't familiar.

Show and Tell is two and a blue for a sorcery.

It reads, "Each player may put an artifact, creature, enchantment, or land card from his or her hand onto the battlefield."

Mm-hmm.

And I think that can be super fun, too.

This card sees so little inclusion, it's like, I don't know, 0.48 on EDHREC or something like that.

I think it's a really fun card.

It's one of my favorites.

This is a cutie.

So it's, uh, one and a white for a 0/4 defender flying.

He's not violent.

Flumph is just gonna sit there.

Whenever Flumph is dealt damage, you and target opponent each draw a card.

What I like about Flumph is that it won't draw the same aggro as a turn one Esper Sentinel will, where everyone's like, "Oh, gosh.

Mm-hmm.

... is two and a green for a legendary creature elf druid.

He has deathtouch.

He's a 3/4, and then whenever he enters or transforms into Callous Cultivator, excuse me, mill three cards.

Then if there's an elf in your graveyard, gain 2 life.

At the beginning of your first main phase, you may pay a black if you do, transform Trystan.

And he transforms into Trystan, Penitent Color, which is a 3/4 with deathtouch, and whenever he transforms into Trystan, Penitent Color, mill three.

That's fine.

Yeah, exactly.

So the situations that we're talking about is like, uh, I'm going to attack, and opponent to my left is like, "Whoa, whoa, I could remove your creature here, but just don't attack me, and I won't remove your creature, uh, like, now or on my next turn." That's, those are the best case scenarios.

Like, okay, I don't attack you now, and then you won't remove my thing.

Okay, classic.

And then you go, they don't remove your thing.

Mm-hmm.

The players that want to be...

They know that they're behind already, so they need to catch up with mana, with, with card advantage, those sorts of things.

Mm-hmm.

They won't necessarily work well every time if you're just going to the LGS every weekend and just having a good time.

They are, like, for if you have a specific player at [laughs] your table that's playing the same broken deck over and over again, these are cards that you can slot into your decks to feel like you have a fighting chance.

Uh, and of course I didn't have the tools way back then to, like, you know, um, go online and find the Command Zone podcast where they talk [laughs] about power outliers.

And so I was just kind of a sitting duck.

I was like, uh, like, "What do I do?" Uh, and it wasn't until, like, way later on down the line whenever we started formally playing Commander-

So let's start with, uh, Crystal.

Yeah.

So Crystal, Inhuman Princess, is one, a red and a green for a 2/3 Inhuman Noble Hero.

She has flying.

Whenever you cast a non-creature spell, Crystal deals X damage to each opponent, where X is the number of colors that spell is.

And then she also has a tap ability where she can add a red, green, a white, or a blue.

So she's-

This is a four-color commander from Lord of the Rings.

He is red, green, white, blue, legendary creature human noble.

He's a 5/5, and he has four awesome abilities.

Whenever you cast a white spell, make a 1/1 white human creature token.

Whenever you cast a blue spell, scry 2.

Whenever you cast a red spell, Aragorn deals 3 damage to target opponent, and whenever you cast a green spell, target creature gets +4+4 until end of turn.
