So here's what's making news this week.

Eddie Perfect has launched his own record label, Excited Animal Records, with Beetlejuice the musical live at Regent Theatre Melbourne, announced as its first release this Halloween.

The album will bring the acclaimed Melbourne production to listeners, preserving the live theatrical experience beyond the stage.

Melbourne is set to welcome back one of the world's most beloved musicals with the Royal Shakespeare Company's Matilda the Musical coming back to Princess Theatre in October of next year.

Well, it was just in the news and if you missed it, I don't know how you did, but we are super excited because we are getting a cast recording of The Beetlejuice Company live at the Regent Theatre.

Which is part one of the excitement.

That was a track from a band of CD, by request only, taped in concert on Ronald B. Myers' 313 Wallitzer in 1980.

I have several of Wright's concerts in what is now the West Her Auditorium Theatre of Rochester, New York, Wonderful Baby, composed in 1974 by Don McLean, is from one of the better quality recordings taped in February of 1976. . . .

In April 1978, George Wright played one of only two concerts in the UK, one on the 416 Wurlitzer in the Government State Theatre, Kilburn, London, and the other on a Con Electronic.

I have two copies of The Kilburn Event, and while this track of David Raskin's Love is for the Very Young isn't quite up to the standard I would prefer, it does give a good showing of this unique wellitzer with its stacked chambers on the opposite side of the auditorium, 120 feet from the revolving console.
