Do we want... part time staff that are happier, more able to kind of complete their task because they have got that flexibility or, you know, are we happy with those staff who are full time and really struggling to keep up? And I wonder what you think of the biggest misconceptions that school leaders have around staff retention?

Yeah, some of the biggest misconceptions, and this won't be all of them, is one for us is we see it every recruitment cycle where schools, they do sit back and think, okay, we might be okay.

Like, let's maybe not have our advertising in place.

Let's not have our recruitment strategies ready because...

I don't think we're going to get any resignations this year.

And unfortunately, inevitably, you know, due to a lot of the reasons we discussed, they're almost they will come.

And then we get this boomerang thing of someone who said, no, we're OK this year.
