Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, uh, and welcome to our September eighth, twenty twenty-six, uh, Ogden City Council and Redevelopment Agency meeting.

Um, let the record reflect that all council/board members are present with the exceptions of, uh, Council Member Ritchie, who was asked to be excused tonight.

Um, we will start our meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance, our opening ceremony.
