I am Jody Whitesides, and with me, as always, is Mr. Chris Hellstrom.

How are you today, Chris?

Do you ever feel that you can't really enjoy the moment or perhaps you can't really express yourself fully or maybe it feels a bit dangerous to be yourself fully? This session really is designed to take these parts that might feel conflicted and have them working together.

Adam here and in this hypnosis session you're going to hear a metaphor of a recording studio and the recording studio represents all the different components of a person so there isn't just one version of you I guarantee you have different posture facial expression and tonality if you're speaking to a fluffy animal or a small child or if you're speaking to an authority figure and Therefore, there's different versions of you and you behave differently around different people.

Around old school friends, you might act differently than around, let's say, your bosses, for example, or investors.

You're going to behave differently in different environments.

It just means there's different sides of you that operate in different ways.

And that's fine until you have some conflicts between these parts.

So this session uses the metaphor of a recording studio.

to highlight that just because there's different parts of you doesn't mean that they're not you.

So for our listeners, the minigames are Rehearsal, your music, a show, in the recording studio, on the tour bus, meeting the fans, after party, shopping montage, a quiet moment, words were said, the intermission, and the big show, which is the game we finish with.

I mean, I think rehearsal is probably, like, a good starting point.
