Rebrickable

I love BrickSet.

I love Rebrickable and all of these other things that support the larger Lego ecosystem.

These other brand sets, they just simply don't have that.

And customer service.

And I think they did a really nice job to have this base built where you can display the whole thing and have them look like they're on a street side.

It's over on my link in the description for a rebrickable link to go check it out.

And maybe you want to have your displayed collection of all your restaurants the same way.

There was a Lego gift with purchase of the vintage parade car earlier this year that came with the latest set for the modulars.

You can put it next to your actual one.

But if you're a fan of the original and really want to live through the nostalgia of building something, something that you played a lot with as a kid, this is a fun build for you.

Now let's move into our rebrickable review.

This one is the Cranium Compendium.

So Brick Shady, boy, good memory, Brick Shady.

This is what I'm going to do instead, I think, is I'm going to build, I'm just going to build all the mocks that are available on Rebrickable.

There are some good ones.

Did you see what you can do if you had another barred door?

Instead of getting the old sets that I missed out on, I will just make more of the Lord of the Rings mocks.

That's what I'll do.

There's some very good ones on Rebrickable.

There's Ammon Hen.

Mm-hmm.

Um, the Bricklink sets are always a, a great place to go and, you know, "Oh, that's how you can use, do that." Um, and even the Rebrickables.

Um, I'm on a-

Yeah

I, I look at those two and I sort of think, "Oh, that's, that's Martin and Gaz." Uh, [laughs] uh, but yeah, this, get, get Sesame Street.

You will love it.

And apparently there's some really good Rebrickables out there on it as well.

Um-

We are going to do our set reviews at the end of the episode.

If you don't know what that is, we do a review of a Lego set and a rebrickable set at the end.

I give you my thoughts and maybe you will consider purchasing them, which the rebrickable set is only instructions, but it doesn't mean that you can't buy the bricks too.

So the first one is going to be two, one, three, four, five, the Polaroid one step X S X 70 camera.

And it's a Lego ideas set and it is retiring soon.

So they have the Acklay, and then they have a few different little pieces with the leftovers that go along with it.

So if you're into Lego, and you're interested in building any of these, once again, you have to go to rebrickable.com and just check it out.

I mean, if nothing else, like I said, I'm just impressed with the creativity and the ingenuity that people have put into this, and yeah, just super cool.

Mm-hmm.

Um, this person here, Will, welcome.

I don't know if I've seen you here before, but there's a great Khazad-dûm MOC on Rebrickable.

Agreed.

There's actually a bunch of Lord of the Rings MOCs I've saved on Rebrickable, and because I missed out on the original wave, I've actually been thinking of doing some Rebrickable ones maybe-

Ooh

... for next year, because it was so successful doing the, the Shire Trees, right, from Rebrickable.

Yep.

But there are.

I'll tell you this.

I'm a big Rebrickable fan.

Yeah.

Okay.

that? I did my Bumblebee as the Ransom Fern, like 2018 version.

Killer rebrickable design.

yeah there's really unbelievable stuff on Rebrickable

I mean I have every Transformers set that they've put out because I love that they have the license now I want them to make more absolutely I mean you know there's the rumors that they're bringing Michael Bay back for another Transformers film goodness gracious Lego has the license can you imagine sets for a new Transformers film oh I would cry

That's ambitious, but we'll push to see what I can do.

And now with the admin done, we'll be doing our set reviews that I want to talk about at the end of the episode, where we have one Lego set, one rebrickable set to talk about that I give a short review on.

The first is going to be set 21067 Tower Bridge, part of the architecture lineup.

And the rebrickable set is going to be Escape from Casa Doom by Lux.bricks.

So stay tuned after the breaking news to hear about this.

And with that, let's move into our first breaking news story.

350 bucks for a architecture set is pretty on point for this piece count.

So if you're a fan, you can go and check out the link in the description to purchase that online with an affiliate link.
