but they're not the entirety of the physical world inside the building right so you take a hospital the physical world of a hospital doesn't end with the air handler serving a patient room, right? So inside that same physical environment, you may have smart patient beds, medical equipment that may be rolling around, hand hygiene monitoring systems, autonomous cleaning robots and their charging stations, refrigeration for meds and vaccines, which we touch upon.

RTLS safety and security systems for some of the workers and the nurses, pneumatic tube systems, many other pieces of operational equipment required to actually deliver healthcare, right? So those aren't traditionally thought of as smart building assets.

And they often belong to completely different technology stacks and different departments.

But in the physical world, they're all participating in that same environment.

It's where the rubber meets the road, whether it's the EHR user conferences or whether it's a very specific vendor user conference, they're so impactful.

I know you're going to the Centrack one doing the RTLS.

It's cool that you're going to see that product upfront and in-person.

I know that sickbay is opening a new office and bringing a bunch of users out to show them their tools.

I've been focusing on a particular RFID technology that is applied to surgical instruments.

And that has never been done here before in Australia, but it's been a long passion of mine to solve in RTLS tracking.

So we never really had a solid solution for it.

And I noticed that there was quite a bit of a problem in tracking in CSSD almost 10 years ago.

So that means those room turnovers are happening faster.

And certainly in respect to the paper, like for those who are still manually tracking, unfortunately, yeah, they'd have to involve a lot of resources to look through all those books to be able to gather the data to then go and physically pull the stock off the shelf.

So, but, you know, the electronic or RTLS system allows people for that to happen at a greater speed.

And we're looking at recalls of up to about five minutes, being able to produce reports and then get resources out to go and remove that stock off the shelf.
