She lost her real estate license for refusing to do a 90-minute course on tikanga Maori, right? She's fought for two and a half years to get a formal exemption from doing the course, but the courts have denied that, and she now faces a lifetime ban in real estate.

The only industry that she knows, her right to earn an income, gone.

She is no longer fit to practice.

She no longer holds a real estate license.

That's what the courts have ruled.

It's incredible denying a person the right to earn an income in their chosen field, their chosen industry, because of a Maori language course for 90 minutes that she refused to do.
