Dolly Parton's sister says Dolly was prepared and at peace when she died in late August after a battle with cancer.

Stella Parton recently sat down for an interview at RCA Studio A in Nashville and opened up about her sister's final days.

She says Dolly knew where she was going and believed she would be reunited with her parents.

The sisters remained very close.
