Raymond Snowden

Well, of course, we have Lyda Southerd, who was suspected of killing at least six, possibly eight.

Raymond Snowden might have been connected to some other murders.

Helm Boom, who committed murders here in Idaho in 1860, referred to as the Kentucky Cannibal, killed at least ten before he was lynched in Montana.

and of course last year for the Halloween special we covered Ben Hamilton who was convicted of killing six but possibly killed as many as ten Ben Hamilton is actually a very good case study to compare William Rowe to Ben Hamilton is so obviously mentally ill during that research it was just very clear there was something not chemically right with his brain and he desperately needed help from medical health professionals William Rowe, his mental health claims never seemed as genuine.

Okay.

So Raymond Snowden, who I will get into later, was the 10th and final person executed at the old Idaho penitentiary itself.

And Snowden, funny enough, is the only person who was executed inside the permanent gallows of the Elk Pen.

And I think there's a reason behind that I will get into later.

wasn't sure.

Yeah, yeah.

So despite being constructed as a prison's permanent execution facility, it would only ever be used once for Raymond Snowden.

Interesting.
