Rank Xerox

I did a delivery yesterday based around Roger Dupree's six questions, communication questions for managers.

So this was a guy that spent 20 years observing managers and members of staff at Rank Xerox.

And he identified that there were six questions that every member of staff needs their manager to answer for them.

And that helps to get a really engaged member of staff.
