So there was an academic study done on organizational design and identity authored by Harvard Business School professors Ranjay Gulati, Ryan Raffaele, and Jan Rifkin.

And it was entitled Transforming the Federal Bureau of Investigation Outcome and Process Framing in the Context of a Strategic Change Initiative.

And in it, the authors analyze how the FBI transit formed itself after 9-11.

Outside of the industry, during my time at Ochsner, we would bring in or the organization would bring in various speakers.

And one of the most influential ones for me that I've continued to follow is Ranjay Gulati.

He's a professor at Harvard Business School.

Really enjoy his thoughts on leadership and specifically one is his book titled Deep Purpose.

dedicating time to our leadership calibration process and our team talent review, which allowed for us to be able to continue to grow our people.

And he also set the tone from the top that we're going to care for those that care for our patients and prioritizing our people, whether it be giving out free gas after a major hurricane or supporting our teams during COVID.

So I'll say Warner Thomas from a people perspective and Ranjay Gulati for my thought leadership around kind of deep purpose.

Both outstanding leaders and thought leaders as well.
