Randy Parton

Her three elder siblings are Willa Dean, David Wilburn, and Coy Denver.

Her younger siblings are Robert Lee, Bobby Jr., Stella May, Cassie Nan, Randall Huston, Randy, Larry Gerald, twins Frieda Estelle and Floyd Estelle, and Rachel Ann.

Pardon's middle name came from her maternal great-great-grandmother, Rebecca Whitted.

Pardon's father, who went by his middle name Lee, worked in the mountains of East Tennessee, first as a sharecropper and later tending his own small tobacco farm and acreage.

Her maternal grandfather, Jake Robert Owens, was a preacher, and she first sang publicly in his church.

Her mother sang and played traditional ballads, and several siblings, including Stella Parton and Randy Parton, would also work in music later in life.

Her uncle, Bill Owens, became her first professional ally.

He encouraged her and helped her write and record and co-wrote some of her early songs.

Meanwhile, Dolly's late brother, Randy, who died in 2021 at the age of 67, was fired from his own North Carolina theater in 2007 after reportedly being too drunk to perform.

The Randy Parton Theater was later renamed, and an investigation reportedly found nearly $2.4 million in public money had been spent on the troubled venue, including expenses for alcohol and trips to Las Vegas.

Randy denied being drunk or misusing public funds.

He later returned to perform at Dollywood, and at one point lived in a shack with his wife.
