I won't read the whole tweet, but he essentially warned that the British companies could face penalties under Florida's anti-boycott law if the UK moves forward with the ban on trade with Israeli settlements.

And Huckabee condemned them as well and said the US is going to act against the UK in support of Israel.

So Axios reported that British Prime Minister Andy Burnham briefed Trump ahead of the sanctions announcement, and sources said that Trump actually didn't push back on the sanctions and that even though they weren't planning to follow suit, that they expressed that they shared the British government's concerns about Israel's West Bank policy.

Mike Huckabee, who is the American ambassador to Israel, took a different tack, suggesting that the US could retaliate against the UK over the sanctions and condemn the UK government's, quote, "Jew hate." And he also referenced Florida Congressman Randy Fine's warning that British companies that complied with sanctions would be banned from doing business with the Florida government because of their anti-boycott laws that are on the books there.

But a White House official told Axios that Huckabee's remarks, quote, "were not coordinated with the White House or State Department." So I, I think that's potentially interesting and a seemingly important acquiescence from Trump, at least, that he's not going to stand in the way of this, even if he's not willing to go the distance.

And meanwhile, I do think that we're seeing American Jews, particularly liberal Zionist American Jews, in support of this.

And about the Randy Fine saying horrible things about Palestinians, you cannot say you just caught Alan Dershowitz in a contradiction, right? Because he said, he defended the civil rights of black people, gay people, trans people, and women.

He didn't say anything about Palestinians.

But it's an anti-boycott law that in essence says to universities and others, if you boycott Israel, then you're not going to get federal funding.

This bill passed the House.
