I have to tell you, walking alone in the world is tough.

You know, yes, you have to make up your mind.

Yes, you have to know who you are.

But sometimes and oftentimes.

It's a matter of doing it in process with another person, whether it's a trusted counselor or friend or family member, but somebody you trust that you can talk through some things.

I got to tell you, doing it alone is tough, but doing it in community is much better.

You know, How do elements like loss identity affect us during these transitions?

Oh, wow.

How do elements of like false identity affect us during transitions? Yeah, I have to tell you, I think that's really kind of the core of it.

I think what happens is along the way, and it's really what I talk about in the book, the re-method, if I can, I'll just maybe summarize this so that I can answer the question.

The re-method is really a three-part method.

Simple.

The idea is to reflect, reframe, and restore.

How can someone stay authentic in this fast-paced, changing world? How can I stay authentic?

Yeah, good answer.

That's what, in, in, in, in a nutshell.

Um, it just goes back to what, what I was saying about being in ministry and being, you know, my Christianity and everything.

We're not taught that we're allowed to question something.

We're, we're just taught that this is what we're supposed to believe and/or do.

And I think that if we were taught that it's okay, that if something doesn't work, you can change it.

Like I said, my, my friend who said, "I just came to the realization that I'm allowed to decide what makes me happy," that's huge.

What does that in-between space feel like when you do not know what comes next?

I'd say Liberty Mountain, first of all, tell folks what Liberty Mountain is because it's kind of a big deal.

It is, if everybody listening remembers our high school days of going to Pine Knob in Satchel Ball Road, Clarkston, Michigan, DTE Center over the years, this venue in Farwell, Michigan, right off of M115 in Clare County, Steve, is approximately four times larger than Pine Knob.

They say they can hold between 35 and 40,000 people.

It's kind of their breakout event for politics.

They have worked out a plan with the chairman of the Michigan Republican Party, Jim Runstad, and we reached out and talked to fellow patriot rocker Ted Nugent.

Ted agreed to not charge a fee.

He's doing a fundraising event for the Michigan Republican Party.

What do you hear?

And just to pick up from last week, I wanted to start off by asking you a question about your Minecraft experiences, such as, do you feel like your relationship with Minecraft has evolved since last time you've been on the show? How has that changed? How has it grown or has it diminished?

I think it's deepened for sure.

Um, when you're dependent on it, like in content creation, I don't maybe dependent is not the correct term to use, but yeah, Reliant on it, I guess, for content creation.

Yeah, I think your relationship ends up deepening.

I played the game.

I was fairly new to it when I started content creation.

I think I only played the game for like five years.

What is the lore of your world?

Like, is that going to be cool blocks or, or,

um, blackstone is pretty good.

Just like regular blackstone.

It has a pretty good charred wood.

Look, um, mix that with some like deep slate in cobble, deep slate and regular deep slate and stuff like that.

Um, I try to like, I try to only use the natural blocks, um, meaning deep slate tile or brick, I would avoid, even though they might have a perfect color, just because I think the texture of like regular deep slate for, for like, for a burn, you know, for a burn force kind of look regular deep slate, I think would work, works a little bit better, but in a creative world, I have like, typically how I approach something like this is I won't, I won't create it whole cloth and creative and then port it over.

I do that for structures like my greenhouse or something like that.

that would be so when you with most of your projects do you create these um what is it files before i don't know a better word but files for like do you get everything organized and like your trees like you have them all done and then like you put them

I mean, th- this place is a spectacular venue, isn't it?

Absolutely.

One thing that they did, John Pastor, former state representative for the Livonia area, Steve, him and his brother Craig, the Pastor family, they've been in construction for about 42 years, and, uh, they did restaurants all across the s- the country.

They bought this, um, actually at a bank foreclosure.

It used to be Mott Mountain Ski Resort, and what they have basically is an airplane hangar that can ...

If it's raining, we can get about 1,500 people crammed into the building.

But there is a stage then out front of the hangar.
