Randwick Park

The other example you gave was a modern day one with Dave and Denise Timms.

Um, out at Randwick Park.

Amazing.

Um, and actually, yeah, Michael Rhodes is connected to them.

Dave and Denise Timms lead Urban Neighbours at Hope, one of the Windsor's Beyond the Wall mission partners.

After moving into South Auckland, Randwick Park, they listened to their neighbours, canvassed for needs, and helped the community to find its voice to bring good change in the hood.

They formed a residence group whose pressing concern was speeding cars, dangerous crossings, and frequent crashes with a need for speed bumps and a traffic safety plan.

But Auckland Transport, like the Pharaoh, repeatedly said no.

A life group may carry a burden of love for refugees or the homeless or immigrants in their neighbourhood and serve together there.

A person in the congregation serving in Power Up, Kids Church, Kiwi Harvest, Youth or Tribe.

Someone like Dave and Denise, Tim's, carrying a burden of love for neighbourhoods such as Randwick Park.

For me, I've recently been involved in looking at care for the homeless on the shore.
