You know, you start making... putting big big challenges in front of you at that sort of time of life or asking you know yourself what you're actually doing with your life but it took me another two years to get the fitness and to even build up the courage to get on the judo mat again um and that took that took a little while of getting back to and I've got memories one of my old trading partners or friends at camberley judo club it's a lady called laura mccallister um i actually borrowed her kit and people who know us we're quite different in size you know she's a lot taller than me as well so i had to borrow one of her kits and went back on the mat at high wickham and and absolutely loved it and then i think i don't know what possessed me but i decided to go back to camberley judo club and And it really took quite a long time to get sort of match fit.
