And just, you know, the, the milieu, uh, uh, surrounding this is that, uh, you know, President Trump has tried to fire other Fed governors recently, including Lisa Cook.

That case went all the way up to the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court hinted this past June that the president would need to show that a Fed governor is unfit for office in order to fire him or her.
