Where were you located in Germany?

I was located in Landstuhl Air Force Base, Germany, right across the street from Ramstein

Military Post.

Why is it in the interests of the United States that Europe is stable and secure and prosperous? You know, there's never any discussion about why it's in our interest that these troops from the great Second Striker Cavalry Regiment are not in Vilsack to guard Bavarians.

They're based there so that we can project power, just like Ramstein, just like our great Navy down in Naples and Sigonella and in Crete.

They have to talk about interest.

And then...

To practically answer your question, though, of course, there is one Patriot battalion in all of Europe.

One Patriot battalion.

And that takes a battalion to protect Ramstein.

So if you took the Patriots out of Europe, we'd be dependent on somebody else to protect our biggest asset.

Usually point of injury is recovered by a helicopter.

Then they're taken to a major base like Balad where they are – saved, put together, stabilized to a state where they can put them on an aircraft with full life support and get them to Ramstein Air Force Base where they're further undergo medical care.

So then they can be stabilized further and sent back to the United States where they can undergo most of their rehabilitation.

So my husband saw the worst of the worst over there and saved many lives.

And actually, I mean, when you look at it, it's amazing.

They found 144 incidents between August 2024 and February 2026 across 13 European countries, often seeing drones being flown off Russian commercial vessels, so ships, shadow fleet tankers, coastal freighters, smaller craft, and they're being used as the launch platforms to then fly reconnaissance drones, and I think half went over military facilities, about 20% over civilian airports, and a nearly 25 or so percent were over critical infrastructure, so things like ports and energy installations, with Germany actually reporting the largest number of incidents, including six separate drone sightings over Ramstein Air Base in Germany, which is used a lot by the US as well.

Well, and it's, it's, it's not just happening in kind of Central and Eastern Europe either, is it? I mean, 'cause o- other incidents include an air base in Northeast Belgium, which by the way houses US nuclear weapons.

Uh, drones observed over, I mean, how many RAF bases has it been in, in recent months? It's wild.

You know, you bring that up every time I have a bad day at work or whatever.
