you know at least when i created the name it didn't have any emotional connection to it i wanted something that people could pronounce um something that kind of spoke to what we were doing in the in the restaurant i wanted to limit the friction between what somebody saw in the name and what they're actually going to get so if you have you know different names like which is totally fine like marufuku or other like other names that people don't exactly know what's happening um similar to the way that ramen is supposed to be you know approachable but also accessible i wanted i wanted that through the name as well through and through so we don't have a lot of um japanese words or words that people might not understand um on the menu as well.
