Rainier

I just knew the minute that I got that peppermint, I grew up working in a peppermint field with my family as a volunteer project.

So our church would go over with a big group of people into Rainier, Oregon.

I grew up across the river in Longview Kelso area.

And I, and I just, I knew what real peppermint smelled like.

Ellie is a Columbia County, Oregon native and, uh, got connected to me over on the TikTok platform, which there's a lot of really interesting conversations that happen over there.

I believe one of the Rainier, Oregon, uh, episodes had come across Ellie's feed, and, uh, so we started chatting after that.
