So Tugan to Rainbow Bay and back, 13Ks on the clock.

There is a spectacular stretch of coastline ending at the southernmost beach of Queensland, ringed by Rainbow Bay.

Norfolk pines guard the hill at nearby Green Mount, rising above the golden sands of Kirra Beach and Snapper Rocks.

I believe a lot of this is due to the fact of in Coolangatta, that also includes pockets like Greenmount, Rainbow Bay.

So if you know Rainbow Bay, you'll know what I'm talking about.

Like, look to the west, and you will see some of the nicest brand-new units that have come to the Gold Coast.

That is obviously gonna push the prices up, and that is attracting a, a higher net wealth of, of owners into our city, especially that pocket.

So be on the lookout for those hidden gems.

That's where you're gonna get the uplift.
